Growing Up Youth Wellness programs provide safe, supportive environments coordinated with school districts typically in after school programs, where students can go to discuss a variety of issues like academics, friendships, self-esteem, and family life. The Growing UP Wellness Programs provide culturally competent services in a confidential, nonjudgmental space staffed with wellness champions dedicated to improving the health, well-being and educational outcomes of all students. With our programming students learn about healthy choices, non-competitive physical activities, nutrition, well-being, and other life skills.
